Syarina is the Managing Director of Managing Prestige Ltd, combining international corporate training expertise with hands-on FX industry experience dating back to 2008. Having progressed to Director level and played a key role in brokerage expansion, she bridges learning and real-world business, bringing practical insight into leadership, client relationships, team performance and business development.

Practical FX experience

Syarina began her FX career with Formula Investment Limited/iForex in Athens in 2008. From 2013, she built her career in London through full-time roles with One Financial Markets and London Capital Group, followed by six years with ICM Capital Ltd, where she progressed to Director level. Working in Mayfair and London Bridge, within one of the world’s leading financial hubs, she gained first-hand experience of the industry’s fast-paced commercial, operational and leadership demands.

Having established her own business, Syarina now works within the FX industry exclusively as a senior consultant. Most recently, she completed a nine-month assignment setting up a new brokerage for entry into South Africa: establishing compliance arrangements, securing the required licence, recruiting key talent and developing the strategic business plan before handing over to the ongoing team.

Training and development

As Senior Consultant and Trainer at IWNC, Syarina designed and delivered leadership and team development, management coaching, sales, customer service and change management programmes. Her work included training needs analysis, psychometrics and profiling (including MBTI and DISC), competency frameworks, experiential learning, reporting and feedback. She supported longer-term change and learning initiatives with BASF, Maersk and Petronas.
