Night Shift Manager – Client Service
At Managing Prestige, Thoriq manages the Client Services’ night shift team in carrying out job duties and offers guidance and training to ensure everyone’s set objectives align with the morning shift team and managers, he mainly assists mangers with clients’ technical queries and issues for resolution and client satisfaction. In fulfilling his role, he oversees the team to maintain excellent customer service performance every day.
