“When we combine our efforts, the impossible becomes possible.”
When I wrote, produced and directed a play. It was a dream I had and I declared I would do it and did, against all obstacles. I also felt proud of this time because of the people I got to work on the project alongside with me. All proceeds went to charity.
Who do you look up to (has to be someone you know) and why?
My mother because she is a powerhouse and a gift that keeps on giving.
What are you passionate (meaning a cause) about and what have you done or could you see yourself doing to aid this?
Empowerment of young women and children. I have a child that I sponsor. His name is Tsedalu, he is 5 years old and he lives in Ethiopia. He loves the animals around him, especially Donkey.
If you could leave a legacy behind, what would it be?
Be kind and present in your life. Put the bloody mobile down for a while for Pete’s sake.
Have you been in a play before? If yes, what is your favourite character you have played and why?
Titania from Shakespeares “A Midsummer Night’s Dream” because she was The Queen of Fairies and was gentle and strong.
5 things you love and why?
Faith: because it is strong and keeps me holding on when I feel like letting go.
Family: because they have been my support and my pillars.
Imagination: because without it, we would not be using computers or sitting in houses, basically nothing would exist, without imagination.
Love: what an amazing feeling, so unconditional and endless. You never run out of love.
Knowledge: knowledge really is power, but not the brutish sort, it enables you to gain wisdom and make better choices.
Have you got any regrets and how would you change them if you were given a chance?r you have played and why?
I do have regrets; I would be lying if I said I didn’t. But the thing about life, is you never really know where you would be if you didn’t make all the choices you have made. So as much as I might say ‘darn, wish I didn’t do that’, I like where I am right now and all that I have learnt. I feel wiser and humbler. And regret maybe helps me to say, ‘hey, not today!’. So as much as I say, ‘wish I didn’t do that’, I am aware I am who I am, because of all my accumulated experiences. I guess at the end of day, those choices lead here and at this very moment, I am thrilled to be, here.
If you were a villain who would you be and why?
The Wicked Witch of The West, because she had flying monkeys and she was actually taking revenge for her sister. Who doesn’t want Ruby Slippers?
Favourite cartoon and why?
Calvin And Hobbes – I simply love Calvin, I would love to have a child like him. If I was lucky enough to have him as a child, I would sit and play with him for hours and pick his brain. He is mischievous and just so very smart. And the fact that Hobbes is his stuffed toy, is such a clever idea.
If aliens landed on our planet and asked us to let them know what is the one trait that humanity have, that makes us special, what would it be?
Imagination is definitely something important, but they must have that too, because they landed on this planet and they clearly are advanced to have a spaceship, so perhaps Empathy? That is something incredible, the ability to feel for someone else.
Before you joined MP, what core values did you already practice, and how has MP helped you maintain or improve them?
Before joining MP, I already placed strong importance on integrity and accountability. I believed in being honest in my actions, taking ownership of my responsibilities, and consistently delivering on commitments. I valued building trust through transparency and reliability, and I understood that personal responsibility is key to contributing positively to any team environment.
Since joining MP, these values have been further strengthened through a culture that actively practices honesty, responsibility, and consistency. Being in an environment where clear communication, teamwork, and mutual respect are emphasized has strengthened my accountability, not only for my own work, but also for the energy and standards I bring to the team. MP has helped me refine these values into daily habits, ensuring that I remain dependable, ethical, and committed to continuous improvement.
What kind of teammate or leader do you respect the most, and why?
I respect teammates and leaders who lead with integrity and accountability. People who communicate openly, follow through on their commitments, and take responsibility for both successes and mistakes earn my trust. I also admire those who bring out the best in others, ones who give constructive feedback and genuinely want the team to do better.
What are you committed to creating at work and in your life?
I’m committed to creating environments where people can work with clarity, trust, and purpose. At work, that means building structure, encouraging accountability, and supporting teams to perform at their best. In my life, it means continuously growing, staying true to my values, and creating opportunities that positively impact others.
What do you look forward to every Monday?
Meeting all the team members! And a short training session with the team.
If MP had a mascot, what would it be and why?
Wolf. Because a wolf represents teamwork, loyalty, and communication. Wolves operate in packs where every member has a role, they look out for one another, and they move with purpose and structure.
If MP were a fictional place, what would it be most like, and why? (Hidden Leaf, Hogwarts, Mordor, etc.)
The Jedi Council from Star Wars: two wise leaders mentoring a diverse team of skilled “Jedi” specialists.
What has working with MP taught you about yourself?
Working with MP has taught me a lot about my own strengths and areas for growth, and that I have a strong capacity to contribute meaningfully when supported and trusted. It has also shown me the value of patience, persistence, and continuous learning in achieving both personal and team goals.
What makes a workday meaningful for you?
Align my work with purpose, knowing that what I do reflects my values or serves a greater good.
If you could give one piece of advice to someone just starting at MP, what would it be?
Be proactive, stay curious, lean into learning, and don’t take things for granted.
What habit or routine helps you stay motivated in life?
Setting small and achievable goals.
Who is your mentor, and why?
My mentor is my father. I have always admired his ability to handle any situation with calm and clarity, his prudent approach to finances, and his habit of planning for the future with well-thought-out steps. From him, I’ve learned valuable lessons about resilience, careful decision-making, and strategic thinking principles that guide me both personally and in my career.
For this reason, his guidance has shaped my values and decision-making, helping me navigate challenges with patience, empathy, and confidence.
How do you usually approach a problem you have never faced before?
When I encounter a problem I’ve never faced before, I start by studying and understanding the issue thoroughly. I use tools such as a fishbone analysis to identify root causes and contributing factors. Based on this, I evaluate possible solutions and develop a primary plan (Plan A) along with a backup plan (Plan B) to ensure readiness. This structured approach helps me make informed decisions and manage risks effectively.
What is your relationship with challenges?
I view challenges as a natural part of growth. Instead of avoiding them, I try to face them head-on, learn from the experience, and find practical solutions. Challenges give me a chance to improve processes, support my team better, and grow both personally and professionally. I feel energized when I can turn a difficult situation into a positive outcome.
What would you say stands out about Managing Prestige?

The team efficiently handles both planned tasks and ad-hoc challenges while maintaining high standards, which makes the work environment highly motivating and productive.
What is your favourite food, place, and activity? Describe them in one line and explain why they are your favourite?
Food: Biryani – I love it for its rich flavors and the comfort it brings.
Place: Beach – The calm waves and open space help me relax, recharge, and refresh.
Activity: Sleep – The ultimate recharge button for my body and mind. It recharges me physically and mentally, keeping me energized for the day ahead.
If you could meet one leader, dead or alive, and ask them three questions, who would it be, what would you ask, and why?
If I could meet one leader, it would be Nelson Mandela. I would ask how he stayed focused and mentally strong for so long, how he kept believing in himself during difficult times, and how he found the courage to keep going. Because I sometimes struggle with focus, consistency, and confidence, and I want to learn how to build those qualities for the long run.
What is your theme song?
My theme song is “Before I Go Insane” by Silent Hum — you can search it on YouTube. It’s a song I wrote and produced using AI. It represents my personal journey of facing struggles, healing, and rediscovering strength. The song reminds me to let go of fear, focus on self-growth, and keep moving forward even during difficult times. It reflects who I am and who I am becoming.
What kind of person do you want people to say you are to work with?
I want people to say I am silent but impactful — someone reliable, supportive, and solution-oriented, who contributes great ideas and makes collaboration easier and enjoyable, even if I don’t speak much.
If you had to name one thing you would like to improve, what would it be?
One thing I would like to improve is my confidence in expressing my ideas. I want to communicate more clearly and assertively, so I can contribute even more effectively and inspire others.
If MP had a mascot, what would it be and why?
If MP had a mascot, it would be a clever little fox. Foxes are smart, curious, and quick learners, just like MP members who adapt, solve problems, and find creative ways to grow while having fun.
Before you joined MP, what core values did you already practice, and how has MP helped you maintain or improve them?
I grew up in a big family where I saw my parents lead with honesty and hard work. Because of them, my core values are integrity, resilience, and teamwork. MP helps me keep these values alive by providing a supportive environment where we are encouraged to be honest and work together to face any problems.
What role do you naturally take on in a team?
I love to get things moving! As an initiator, I enjoy saying, 'What if we try it this way?' to keep our team's energy high. I believe communication is the key to anything. I am also grateful for my team because they are so thoughtful. They listen to my ideas and give me the room to speak, which makes me feel valued and appreciated.
What has working with MP taught you about yourself?
Own your life. Own your job. Own your responsibilities. Just like stepping into Willy Wonka’s factory, stay curious, ready for anything, and excited to turn challenges into opportunities.
What do you look forward to every Monday?
Everyone is in the office, yeay!
If you could give one piece of advice to someone just starting at MP, what would it be?
Focus doing your job truthfully, be honest, play as a team, and leave all the unnecessary distractions or drama behind. If you stick to that, you’ll do well.
If MP were a fictional place, what would it be most like, and why? (Hidden Leaf, Hogwarts, Mordor, etc.)
UA High School in My Hero Academia. The reason I say this is because every challenge is a "training arc." I use my mistakes in order to discover my Quirk (strength). I place myself as Deku, who was born with no Quirk, until one day his hard work and efforts pay off. Finally, he obtains a special Quirk and uses it to help society.
What kind of teammate or leader do you respect the most, and why?
Remain fair to his/her subordinates. It is important to show that there is no double standard in the workplace.
What are you committed to creating at work and in your life?
Solutions. Not just spotting problems, but creating the "fix."
What makes a workday meaningful for you?
Getting words like "well done" and "great job" would make my day.
What is your relationship with challenges?
Challenges and mistakes are my best teachers. I learn and evolve from them.
